Before Class
Do I need experience? β Not at all! All classes are beginner-friendly, and weβll guide you step by step.
What should I wear or bring? β Closed-toe shoes (π), hair tied back, water bottle recommended. We provide all tools and materials.
Where do I park? β Free parking lot parking is available at Rio Grande Plaza. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy
Life happens β we get it! If you need to cancel your class:
7+ days before class (π) β Full credit toward another class
Within 7 days β No refunds or credits (your spot is reserved just for you)
No-shows/missed classes β No refund or credit available
Medical emergencies β Must be communicated to us directly as soon as possible
Private Events: Deposit required, 14+ daysβ notice to reschedule or cancel.
Why we have this policy: Each class has limited seats, and we prepare materials and instructors in advance. Last-minute cancellations (π) mean someone else misses out. Thanks for understanding!

Can I book a private lesson or group event? β Yes! We love hosting birthdays, team-building, and creative gatherings. Email us to customize your event.
Whatβs the cancellation policy for private events? β 14 daysβ notice required.
Studio Access
What happens after my beginner class? β Students can apply for bench rental (π οΈ) to keep practicing in our studio.
What if I want to keep learning? β Check out our intermediate and advanced workshops, updated monthly.
how does studio access work? β after you have completed our Beginning Small Metals class (or the equivalent) you are welcome to apply for a bench rental or studio access so that you can enjoy full access to meltdown studio. please submit your application here.

How old do you need to be to take a class? β Most classes are for ages 15+, unless otherwise specified.
Are materials provided for my class? β typically, all materials are provided for your class, with the exception of final projects, which will be designated in the class description. we have several local suppliers who stock all tools and materials necessary for the techniques we teach in our classes.
