Happy Holidays, friends! The rose cut collection is complete.
Our ever-popular rose cut stones have made their way into rings and earrings, and now we’re finishing the collection with a brand-new necklace class for the holiday season.
In this Make It at Meltdown Gift Guide class, you’ll create not one, but two sterling silver rose cut necklaces, complete with chains and clasps. Make one for yourself and give the other, or wrap up both for two very lucky people.
There’s something special about a rose cut stone: soft facets, subtle color, and a beautiful glow that catches the light. You’ll choose from a curated selection of natural stones, build a clean bezel setting for each, and add stamped details or warm bronze accents to make the necklaces personal.
Why we love this class ✨
Handmade gifts carry the time and care that went into them. This class gives you the chance to make two beautifully finished necklaces while building your skills in soldering, bezel construction, and stone setting.
Techniques we’ll cover
Stamping and texturing
Bezel making
Soldering
Stone setting
Necklace assembly
Oxidizing and polishing
Materials we’ll use
Sterling silver
Ancient bronze accents
Natural rose cut cabochons
Sterling silver chains and clasps
What to expect
No previous jewelry-making experience is required. We’ll guide you through each step, from selecting your stones and building the settings to assembling and finishing both necklaces.
Natural rose cut stones will vary in color, shape, and character, making every finished piece different.
You’ll leave with two complete rose cut necklaces, ready to wear, share, or place under the tree.
Before registering, please review our cancellation policy here.
